Hlavn&iacute;ho turnaje jednotlivc\u016f se z&uacute;\u010dastnilo oproti lo\u0148sk&eacute;mu roku op\u011bt o n\u011bco m&eacute;n\u011b hr&aacute;\u010d\u016f, na popularit\u011b z&iacute;sk&aacute;vaj&iacute; turnaje dvojic. Hern&iacute; syst&eacute;m byl upraven na mal&eacute; sety do 11 bod\u016f, co\u017e zkr&aacute;tilo v&scaron;echny turnaje na pot\u0159ebnou dobu a poskytlo i dost prostoru pro hru mimo sout\u011b\u017en&iacute; d\u011bn&iacute;. Turnaj prob\u011bhl v duchu fair play a bez \u017e&aacute;dn&yacute;ch komplikac&iacute;. O pr\u016fb\u011bh turnaje po sportovn&iacute; str&aacute;nce se starali Luk&aacute;&scaron; Kulla a Ond\u0159ej Kulla a na hladk&eacute;m pr\u016fb\u011bhu turnaje maj&iacute; velkou z&aacute;sluhu a velk&eacute; d&iacute;ky.<\/li>\n<li><em>Po str&aacute;nce organiza\u010dn&iacute;<\/em> &ndash; smlouva se &scaron;kolou a pron&aacute;jem samotn&yacute; prob\u011bhl podle pl&aacute;nu. Pronajat&yacute; \u010das posta\u010dil k uskute\u010dn\u011bn&iacute; cel&eacute;ho turnaje bez protahov&aacute;n&iacute;. P\u0159&iacute;pravy p\u0159ed turnajem a nachyst&aacute;n&iacute; sportovi&scaron;t\u011b i bufetu se z&uacute;\u010dastnilo m&aacute;lo lid&iacute;, pro p\u0159&iacute;&scaron;t&iacute; ro\u010dn&iacute;k je pot\u0159eba domluvit v&iacute;c lid&iacute;. Po sportovn&iacute; str&aacute;nce nebyly vzneseny \u017e&aacute;dn&eacute; v&yacute;tky. Bufet s j&iacute;dlem perfektn\u011b byl zaji&scaron;t\u011bn po str&aacute;nce nab&iacute;dky i po str&aacute;nce person&aacute;ln&iacute;. Obrovsk&yacute; &uacute;sp\u011bch sklidila zel\u0148a\u010dka a z&aacute;kusky. Velk&yacute; d&iacute;k za p\u0159&iacute;pravu a zaji&scaron;t\u011bn&iacute; bufetu pat\u0159&iacute; Pavl&iacute;n\u011b Skupie\u0148ov&eacute;, Helen\u011b Kullov&eacute; a Jan\u011b &Scaron;matlavov&eacute; a v&scaron;em \u017een&aacute;m, kter&eacute; darovaly kol&aacute;\u010de a z&aacute;kusky. St&aacute;nek s pit&iacute;m a jin&yacute;m ob\u010derstven&iacute;m m\u011bl dostate\u010dn&yacute; sortiment, ale slab&scaron;&iacute; person&aacute;ln&iacute; zaji&scaron;t\u011bn&iacute;, zde je pot\u0159eba do p\u0159&iacute;&scaron;t&iacute;ho roku velk&eacute; zlep&scaron;en&iacute; v komunikaci a anga\u017eov&aacute;n&iacute; v&iacute;ce osob.<\/li>\n<li><em>Fotodokumentaci <\/em>zajistil pan Marek Such&yacute;, rovn\u011b\u017e mnohokr&aacute;t d\u011bkujeme, fotogalerie je dostupn&aacute; na webu spolku.<\/li>\n<li><em>Po str&aacute;nce finan\u010dn&iacute;<\/em> &ndash; rekordn&iacute; zisk za posledn&iacute;ch p&aacute;r let, p\u0159edev&scaron;&iacute;m d&iacute;ky mo\u017enosti vr&aacute;cen&iacute; nespot\u0159ebovan&eacute;ho zbo\u017e&iacute; z bufetu alko a nealko. Podrobn&aacute; finan\u010dn&iacute; bilance je p\u0159&iacute;lohou z&aacute;pisu.<\/li>\n<li><em>Celkov\u011b <\/em>lze akci pova\u017eovat za velmi &uacute;sp\u011b&scaron;nou.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>2) Koup\u011b stolu pro stoln&iacute; tenis od pana Mazura<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>Posledn&iacute; dva ro\u010dn&iacute;ky turnaje byly hr&aacute;ny na \u010dty\u0159ech stolech sou\u010dasn\u011b, jeden ze stol\u016f byl p\u016fj\u010dov&aacute;n od pana Jana Mazura. Ten se rozhodl t\u011bsn\u011b p\u0159ed turnajem st\u016fl prodat. Na&scaron;t\u011bst&iacute; s prodejem po\u010dkal a poskytl n&aacute;m jej je&scaron;t\u011b letos pro na&scaron;e pot\u0159eby. Nab&iacute;zela se ot&aacute;zka, zda od pana Mazura st\u016fl nekoupit. Cena byla panem Mazurem stanovena na 2.000,00 K\u010d.<\/li>\n<li>\u010clenov&eacute; v&yacute;boru se dohodli, \u017ee stanoven&aacute; cena je vzhledem k opot\u0159eben&iacute; stolu pana Mazura a cen\u011b nov&eacute;ho stolu vysok&aacute; a koupi zam&iacute;tli <em>(hlasov&aacute;n&iacute;<\/em>: pro 0, proti 5, zdr\u017eel se 1).<\/li>\n<li>Pokud se nepoda\u0159&iacute; na p\u0159&iacute;&scaron;t&iacute; rok zajistit vyp\u016fj\u010den&iacute; stolu, p\u0159ich&aacute;z&iacute; v &uacute;vahu koup\u011b zcela nov&eacute;ho stolu z prost\u0159edk\u016f spolku.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>3) Bankovn&iacute; &uacute;\u010det spolku &ndash; zm\u011bny<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>V obdob&iacute; mezi sch\u016fzemi v&yacute;boru \u0159e&scaron;il p\u0159edseda Tadeusz Czapa zm\u011bny v bankovn&iacute;m &uacute;\u010dtu. St&aacute;vaj&iacute;c&iacute; &uacute;\u010det u Era Po&scaron;tovn&iacute; Spo\u0159itelny byl vyhodnocen jako nevyhovuj&iacute;c&iacute; po str&aacute;nce prakti\u010dnosti i n&aacute;kladovosti a v&scaron;ichni \u010dlenov&eacute; po telefonick&eacute;m obezn&aacute;men&iacute; se situac&iacute; souhlasili se zm\u011bnou.<\/li>\n<li>Bude zalo\u017een nov&yacute; &uacute;\u010det spolku u Unicredit Bank s v&yacute;hodn&yacute;mi podm&iacute;nkami, platebn&iacute; kartou a internetov&yacute;m bankovnictv&iacute;m zdarma. Zde budou p\u0159evedeny finan\u010dn&iacute; prost\u0159edky ze star&eacute;ho &uacute;\u010dtu a star&yacute; &uacute;\u010det bude zru&scaron;en.<\/li>\n<li>Potvrzen&iacute; proveden&iacute; v&scaron;ech &uacute;kon\u016f prob\u011bhne na dal&scaron;&iacute; sch\u016fzi v&yacute;boru spolku.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:22px\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">4) Dodatek k n&aacute;jemn&iacute; smlouv\u011b klubovny &ndash; roz&scaron;&iacute;\u0159en&iacute; o prostory p\u0159ed klubovnou.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>P\u0159edseda Tadeusz Czapla sezn&aacute;mil \u010dleny v&yacute;boru s pr\u016fb\u011bhem jedn&aacute;n&iacute; ve v\u011bci roz&scaron;&iacute;\u0159en&iacute; n&aacute;jemn&iacute; smlouvy o prostory p\u0159ed klubovnou, s c&iacute;lem jejich zkr&aacute;&scaron;len&iacute; a vyu\u017e&iacute;v&aacute;n&iacute; pro akce spolku. V t&eacute;to v\u011bci prob\u011bhla sch\u016fzka s \u0159editelkou m&iacute;stn&iacute; z&aacute;kladn&iacute; &scaron;koly. V&yacute;sledkem je &uacute;stn&iacute; dohoda, \u017ee Z&aacute;kladn&iacute; &scaron;kola jako provozovatel za\u0159&iacute;zen&iacute; v majetku M\u011bsta T\u0159ince souhlas&iacute; s roz&scaron;&iacute;\u0159en&iacute;m smlouvy, ale nem&aacute; kompetenci k podpisu dodatku. Dodatek je nutn&eacute; \u0159e&scaron;it s odborem spr&aacute;vy majetku M\u011bsta T\u0159ince.<\/li>\n<li>U\u017eite\u010dnou informac&iacute; ze sch\u016fzky je skute\u010dnost, \u017ee &uacute;dr\u017eba prostor kolem &scaron;koly, tedy i p\u0159ed klubovnou, bude nov\u011b v kompetenci odboru \u017divotn&iacute;ho prost\u0159ed&iacute;. Nab&iacute;zela se ot&aacute;zka, zda mo\u017enost zkr&aacute;&scaron;len&iacute; prostor p\u0159ed klubovnou v&yacute;sadbou ke\u0159\u016f a jin&yacute;ch rostlin ne\u0159e&scaron;it p\u0159&iacute;mo s odborem \u017eivotn&iacute;ho prost\u0159ed&iacute; M\u011bsta T\u0159ince bez nutnosti sepisov&aacute;n&iacute; dodatku.<\/li>\n<li>Z&aacute;v\u011brem je dal&scaron;&iacute; postup: sch\u016fzka s odborem \u017eivotn&iacute;ho prost\u0159ed&iacute; pro projedn&aacute;n&iacute; eventu&aacute;ln&iacute; v&yacute;sadby. V p\u0159&iacute;pad\u011b zam&iacute;tav&eacute;ho postoje do\u0159e&scaron;en&iacute; roz&scaron;&iacute;\u0159en&iacute; n&aacute;jemn&iacute; smlouvy o prostory p\u0159ed klubovnou dodatkem ke smlouv\u011b s odborem spr&aacute;vy majetku m\u011bsta T\u0159ince.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>5) Pron&aacute;jmy t\u011blocvi\u010dny m&iacute;stn&iacute; z&aacute;kladn&iacute; &scaron;koly pro sportovn&iacute; aktivity spolku a soukrom&eacute; pron&aacute;jmy<\/h1>\n<p>&#8211; V&yacute;bor byl sezn&aacute;men se syst&eacute;mem dlouhodob&eacute;ho pron&aacute;jmu t\u011blocvi\u010dny a skute\u010dn&yacute;mi okolnostmi ohledn\u011b poskytov&aacute;n&iacute; prostor, vyzved&aacute;v&aacute;n&iacute; a vr&aacute;cen&iacute; kl&iacute;\u010d\u016f dle sepsan&eacute; n&aacute;jemn&iacute; smlouvy. C&iacute;lem bylo zamyslet se, jak by se dalo syst&eacute;m pron&aacute;jmu zlep&scaron;i a zjednodu&scaron;it. N&aacute;sledn\u011b se z&aacute;v\u011bry sezn&aacute;mit provozovatele &ndash; Z&Scaron; M&iacute;ru a majitele &ndash; M\u011bsto T\u0159inec. Toto t&eacute;ma bude p\u0159edm\u011btem dal&scaron;&iacute;ch jedn&aacute;n&iacute;.<\/p>\n<h1>6) Jarn&iacute; z&aacute;jezd spolku Za rozvoj Konsk&eacute; dne 11.5. 2019<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>C&iacute;lovou destinac&iacute; bude Stre\u010dno a okol&iacute;, hlavn&iacute;m bodem programu bude plavba na plt&iacute;ch.<\/li>\n<li>David Konderla vytvo\u0159&iacute; urychlen\u011b ud&aacute;lost na facebooku a p\u0159iprav&iacute; propagaci na webu.<\/li>\n<li>Do p\u0159&iacute;&scaron;t&iacute; sch\u016fze pak budou p\u0159ipraveny \u010dasov&yacute; harmonogram a plak&aacute;t pro vyv\u011b&scaron;en&iacute; na n&aacute;st\u011bnk&aacute;ch a obvykl&yacute;ch m&iacute;stech.<\/li>\n<li>Evidenci &uacute;\u010dastn&iacute;k\u016f povedou David Konderla a Jana &Scaron;matlavov&aacute;. Spole\u010dn\u011b rovn\u011b\u017e p\u0159iprav&iacute; alternativn&iacute; pl&aacute;n pro p\u0159&iacute;pad &scaron;patn&eacute;ho po\u010das&iacute;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>7) Koup\u011b ozvu\u010den&iacute; do klubovny<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>Luk&aacute;&scaron; Kulla prezentoval v&yacute;boru 2 typy ozvu\u010den&iacute; za konkr&eacute;tn&iacute; ceny. Na v&yacute;b\u011br byla levn\u011bj&scaron;&iacute;, mobiln&iacute; varianta a dra\u017e&scaron;&iacute; soustava, kter&aacute; by byla na st&aacute;lo instalov&aacute;na v klubovn\u011b.<\/li>\n<li>\u010clenov&eacute; v&yacute;boru jednohlasn\u011b zvolili variantu st&aacute;l&eacute;ho ozvu\u010den&iacute; a z&aacute;rove\u0148 nav&yacute;&scaron;ili rozpo\u010det na koupi z pl&aacute;novan&yacute;ch 5.000,00 K\u010d na 7.000,00 K\u010d. Koupi repro soustavy a p\u0159ed&aacute;n&iacute; doklad\u016f pokladn&iacute; zajist&iacute; Luk&aacute;&scaron; Kulla.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>8) Pokladn&iacute; z&aacute;le\u017eitosti<\/h1>\n<p>&#8211; V&yacute;bor p\u0159ijal na v\u011bdom&iacute; skute\u010dnost, \u017ee p\u0159&iacute;sp\u011bvek na koupi sportovn&iacute;ho vybaven&iacute; ve v&yacute;&scaron;i 2.000,00 K\u010d byl ji\u017e vy\u010derp&aacute;n &agrave; vybaven&iacute; bylo zakoupeno a je ji\u017e pou\u017e&iacute;v&aacute;no. Doklad o koupi byl p\u0159ed&aacute;n pokladn&iacute;.<\/p>\n<h1>9) Brig&aacute;da v klubovn\u011b<\/h1>\n<p>&#8211; Po dlouh&eacute; diskuzi na toto t&eacute;ma bylo rozhodnuto, \u017ee brig&aacute;da prob\u011bhne na p\u0159elomu l&eacute;ta a podzimu. Do \u010dervnov&eacute; akce &bdquo;vaje\u010dina&ldquo; bude p\u0159ipraven seznam prac&iacute;, kter&eacute; bude pot\u0159eba ud\u011blat, z&aacute;rove\u0148 se \u010dlenov&eacute; v&yacute;boru pokus&iacute; p\u0159edjednat proveden&iacute; prac&iacute; u ostatn&iacute;ch \u010dlen\u016f spolku, na&scaron;ich soused\u016f a spoluob\u010dan\u016f v Konsk&eacute;.<\/p>\n<h1>10) Term&iacute;n p\u0159&iacute;&scaron;t&iacute;
